Key Responsibilities

• centered interventions.

• Document intervention and progress toward goals adhering to reimbursement and practice act standards.

• Collaborate with treatment team for care coordination and incorporation of OT services in the individual’s person

• centered plan/treatment plan while admitted to crisis unit.

Requirements

• Maintain all necessary documentation and records in a timely manner. This may include the use of an Electronic Health Record system (EHR).

• Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well and service definitions related to specific programs.

• Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• Provides and ensures care to youth served is promotes safety, rights, confidentiality, comfort, and dignity is in a therapeutic environment.
