Key Responsibilities
- Scribe the note for provider which includes HPI, physical exam, diagnostic review, discussion/summary and medical/work excuse.
- Assists in rooming the patient and completing clinical intake.
- Review daily schedule and bring scheduling changes/adjustments to provider’s attention (includes rescheduling or calling other office/individual to confirm specific equipment is available).
Requirements
- Athletic Trainer BOC
- State of Pennsylvania within 1 Year American Heart Association Basic Life Support
- State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire ATL
- Athletic Trainer License
