We are looking for a detail-oriented, passionate Lead Therapist Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our brand-new build Assisted Living and Independent Living in New Whiteland, IN.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that rehabilitation services are provided in compliance with Vertis and facility policies and procedures; State, Federal, and professional organization regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Coordinates resident screening (PT/OT/SLP) programs.

• Serves as advocate for meeting the rehabilitation needs of residents.

• Coordinates attendance at care plan and departmental meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications/Requirements Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant.

• Current license/certification in the state of Indiana.

• Minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation setting serving the same age/type of patient population served by this facility.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
