About the Role
Join Caldwell University as a Financial Aid Counselor – Occasional Evenings/Weekends in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and counseling to students and parents via telephone or in
- person regarding financial aid programs and sources of tuition financing. Review student accounts with families and ensure aid has been posted properly to account.
- Provide front desk professional support along with other One Stop Offices.
- Assist with the management and reconciliation of the federal grant programs. Provide support to the Work Study Coordinator for program and payroll reconciliation.
