Key Responsibilities

based cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders while under the supervision of: A Licensed Speech

Language Pathologist or Audiologist OR An individual who holds a certificate of clinical competence in speech

language pathology or audiology from the American Speech

Language Hearing Association or any other organization acceptable to the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology.

Requirements

Language Pathologist Conditional License (SLP CND) required for state of Oregon; Speech

Language Interim License (SLP INTR) required for state of Washington. CPR certification.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $65.01/hr.
