Key Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Clerical Coordinator at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: Provides input to supervisor for the annual performance appraisals of clerical support staff.

Coordinates meeting schedules and appointments as related to departmental activities.

Maintains operation of the clerical services including, but not limited to typing, filing, billing and transcription.

Plans and organizes work to provide an efficient workload, and prepares daily, weekend, holiday and vacation schedules for the clerical personnel.

Requirements

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.

3-5 years of experience.
