Key Responsibilities

include managing a caseload of clients using evidence-based/ person centered principles to develop, implement and coordinate an occupational therapy program.

This individual will provide screening, evaluation and treatment to clients to assist them in gaining functional skills.

The OTR/L will select the activities most appropriate to the client.

Service provisions may include direct, monitored and consultative approaches.

Requirements

Required Qualifications Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Must demonstrate the ability to administer and write assessments/evaluations, treatment plans and progress notes in an accurate and timely manner.
