About the Role

Join FlexStaff as a Occupational Therapist – M-F Schedule, $6k Bonus in United States. FlexStaff is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for our client, a nonprofit geriatric health and rehabilitation system that provides skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and home health programs for older adults of all backgrounds. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians, patients, families, and the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

• Utilizes various methods to educate and promote patient health and independence.

• Assesses, monitors, documents, and reports on patients' health progress as required.

• Supervises aides and physical therapy assistants, observing and reporting any changes in patients’ conditions.

Requirements

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as Occupational Therapist in the State of New York.

• Master’s degree or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Collaborates with physicians, patients, families, and the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

• Utilizes various methods to educate and promote patient health and independence.

Benefits & Compensation

• Signing bonus: $6,000.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No weekends required.
