Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time
Location: Palatka, FL
Shifts Available: Days, Evenings, or Nights (All with Rotating Weekends)
Pay Range: $30.60 - $45.90/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
Shift Differentials: $4.25 for nights, $2.00 for weekends
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Overview:
We are hiring experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our fast-paced Emergency Department in Palatka, FL. This role is ideal for a critical thinker with excellent clinical and communication skills who thrives in high-acuity environments. You’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing rapid, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based, compassionate emergency care
Monitor and document patient conditions and interventions
Administer medications and perform diagnostics as needed
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team on treatment plans
Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
Support patient discharge planning and provide education
Participate in department initiatives for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Active RN license (Florida or Compact; FL license must be obtained within 90 days)
Minimum 1 year of recent ER acute care RN experience required
BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
PALS certification required within 30 days
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
