About the Role
Join Oak Valley Health as a General Psychiatrist – Outpatient, On-Call Required in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- will be working in a multidisciplinary outpatient mental health clinic, providing consultation and acute follow-up for patients referred by family physicians and from our emergency room, and will be expected to have competence in assessing and managing the full range of diagnoses seen in a general psychiatry setting for adults ages 18-65.
- provide care on the traditional and treaty territory of the Anishinaabeg, and acknowledge our closest Indige.
- provide inpatient care and/or daytime emergency room consultation.
- provide high quality, patient-centred care to more than 468,000 patients each year.
