Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing behavioral health assessment and therapeutic intervention for individuals admitted to acute or bed‑based crisis stabilization units.
- Monitor clinical status, risk, and treatment response over time and adjust interventions accordingly in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions within scope of licensure, utilizing evidence‑based and trauma‑informed practices to support stabilization and recovery.
- Advocate for clients across systems including healthcare, social services, housing, legal, and community‑based supports to ensure access to appropriate resources and services.
Requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary huddles, case reviews, supervision, debriefings, and quality improvement activities to support clinical excellence and program effectiveness.
- More than two years of demonstrated experience working in a community
- based behavioral health setting, providing direct support or services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges required Level III
- Bachelor’s degree plus Colorado Addiction Specialist (CAS) certification or a
