About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing behavioral health assessment and therapeutic intervention for individuals admitted to acute or bed‑based crisis stabilization units.

Monitor clinical status, risk, and treatment response over time and adjust interventions accordingly in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Deliver individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions within scope of licensure, utilizing evidence‑based and trauma‑informed practices to support stabilization and recovery.

Advocate for clients across systems including healthcare, social services, housing, legal, and community‑based supports to ensure access to appropriate resources and services.

Requirements

Participate in multidisciplinary huddles, case reviews, supervision, debriefings, and quality improvement activities to support clinical excellence and program effectiveness.

More than two years of demonstrated experience working in a community

based behavioral health setting, providing direct support or services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges required Level III

Bachelor’s degree plus Colorado Addiction Specialist (CAS) certification or a
