Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

About the Role

Join Applewood Centers as a Licensed Group Therapist – Residential Treatment in United States. $2,000 Sign-On Bonus! Benefits and Salary: The Salary range for this is $55,000-$57,000 (Dependent) and $58,000-$60,000 (Independent) depending on relevant education, experience, and licensure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise client activities and be accountable for the whereabouts and safety of the clients.
  • Provide required amount of delivery hours per week.
  • Implement clinical planning for youth as designed by the treatment team and individualized service plan (ISP) and documentation of derivations/changes from clinical planning for clients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Valid Ohio Clinical License in Social Work or Counseling is required (LPC, LSW, or LMFT).
  • Knowledge of mental health assessment, treatment planning, child psychotherapy, group therapy and DSM-IV diagnoses.
