Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current unrestricted California Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Knowledge of local community resources.
• Preferred experience in home health care and high acuity patients.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $208,000 - $312,000 per year.
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile.
