About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Includes but not limited to the following:
- Assess, maintain and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence
- based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care
- Cultivates a climate of safety, trust and compassion for patients and colleagues
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy is required. Completion of residency from an accredited program Certifications/Licensure:
- Current unrestricted North Carolina MD or DO licensure, DEA and BLS are required
- Must be Medicaid and Medicare eligible
- Board Certification in Specialty is preferred
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate: $97/hr.

- Full-time position.
