- Assists the Chief Operating Officer in developing short and long term strategic planning for the physician practices within Orlando Health to ensure successful growth, profitability, and compliance.
- Oversees the practice start-up process for newly employed physicians and groups under area(s) or responsibility.
Requirements
- Assists in the preparation of budgets by anticipating expected revenues and expenses to achieve organizational objectives.
- Demonstrates skills in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving and decision making.
- Demonstrates skills in analysis, development of comprehensive reports and interpretation of complex data.
- Sets priorities and avoids crises management.
