About the Role

Join Highmark Health as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Outpatient Express Care in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • 25% Communicates and coordinates patient care with patient, family, community health services and interdisciplinary team.
  • Involves attending physician regarding plan of care and involves physician in clinical decision making of any issues that are outside the CRNP's knowledge base or scope of practice.
  • 15% Provides monitoring and continuity of care and coordinates periodic evaluation by physicians as defined in the written agreement between the CRNP and the supervising physician(s).

Requirements

  • C or board eligible. Ongoing successful recertification (NCCPA) as a PA
  • C Required Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies Current PA Physician Assistant License Within 90 days of hire Drug Enforcement Agency Licensure Within 60 days of hire CPR
  • related needs including health insurance, health care delivery, population health management, dental solutions, reinsurance solutions, and innovative, technology solutions.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Call responsibilities required.
