90% Direct Patient Care - Evaluates and treats patients after physician referral to: Evaluate patient’s motor, cognitive, sensory integrative and/or psychosocial function.

Develops and implements plan of care based on evaluation findings and appropriate treatment techniques.

Implements plan of care based on appropriate occupational performance frame of reference(s): bio-mechanical, sensorimotor, and/or rehabilitative.

Requirements

Basic Life Support

American Heart Association, DL

Driver's License only if in a Home Care department

Department of Motor Vehicles, LIC
