Key Responsibilities

  • And Duties: Driving is an essential function of the job.
  • 90% Direct Patient Care - Evaluates and treats patients after physician referral to: Evaluate patient’s motor, cognitive, sensory integrative and/or psychosocial function.
  • Develops and implements plan of care based on evaluation findings and appropriate treatment techniques.
  • Implements plan of care based on appropriate occupational performance frame of reference(s): bio-mechanical, sensorimotor, and/or rehabilitative.

Requirements

  • Basic Life Support
  • American Heart Association, DL
  • Driver's License only if in a Home Care department
  • Department of Motor Vehicles, LIC
