Key Responsibilities

The Outpatient Therapist will perform duties including, but not limited to: Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.

Develops, implements, and supervises behavioral plans according to the needs of the program, staff, families, and persons served.

Ensures all relevant school personnel, family service counselor, foster parents or guardians and bio parents (as needed) are educated and instructed on individual behavioral plans for persons served.

Establishes and maintains contact with relevant community and school personnel to provide accurate monitoring.
