Key Responsibilities

  • The Outpatient Therapist will perform duties including, but not limited to: Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.
  • Develops, implements, and supervises behavioral plans according to the needs of the program, staff, families, and persons served.
  • Ensures all relevant school personnel, family service counselor, foster parents or guardians and bio parents (as needed) are educated and instructed on individual behavioral plans for persons served.
  • Establishes and maintains contact with relevant community and school personnel to provide accurate monitoring.
