Requirements
- of two (2) years of ambulatory, clinical, retail/outpatient pharmacy practice experience OR applicable pharmacy residency training.
- Required Credentials Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist.
- Preferred Prior experience with Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Services, is highly desirable Pediatric pharmacy practice experience.
