About the Role

Join Seattle Children's as a Pharmacist, Anticoagulation – $143K-$214K in United States. The ambulatory care pharmacist works collaboratively with providers, patients, and caregivers to provide patient‑centered care. Role will build strong partnerships with physicians, provide training to other staff members, and supports practice improvements.

Requirements

of two (2) years of ambulatory, clinical, retail/outpatient pharmacy practice experience OR applicable pharmacy residency training.

Required Credentials Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist.

Preferred Prior experience with Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Services, is highly desirable Pediatric pharmacy practice experience.
