About the Role

Join Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. as a Primary Care Physician – Outpatient Setting in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will provide quality integrated primary health care services and medication management to patients at Aspire Indiana Health in an outpatient setting, and will perform as an independent and interdependent member of the medical services team providing integrated general medical and behavioral health care to Aspire clients,, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and elderly clients in need of services as assigned by the Medical Director.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Medical Degree from an accredited institution and be recognized as an MD or DO with Prescriptive Authority by the State of Indiana, holding current DEA and CSR certificates. One year of experience serving underserved communities is preferred, along with a strong commitment to the organization's mission and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
