About the Role

Join Efficentra Limited as a Clinical Psychologist – Workplace Wellness in United States. OVERVIEW Our wellness program provides organisations with a confidential, outsourced channel for employee psychological support that employees cannot access through internal HR. The Licensed Psychologist is the practitioner who delivers that promise.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychological risk assessments where clinically indicated and produce written confidential reports.

Requirements

Session Capacity: 5 to 6 individual sessions per working day within 90 days

Completion Rate: Minimum 75% of enrolled employees completing their session series

Compliance: Zero data protection or scope
