Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of pharmacy services for cellular therapies and haematology, including ATMPs such as CAR

T and related services like apheresis.

Act as the subject matter expert for pharmacy in cellular therapies, representing GenesisCare at internal and external forums.

Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for ATMPs and haematology services.

Requirements

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinical directors, service development, and pharmacy leadership to ensure safe and effective service delivery.

Support the introduction and management of aseptic compounding and reconstitution services across the organisation.

Contribute to clinical trials setup and delivery within haematology and cellular therapies.

Drive continuous improvement through audit, innovation, and service development activities. What You'll Have:
