Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal injuries, joint disorders, and degenerative conditions
Perform general orthopedic procedures including fracture fixation, arthroscopy, joint injections, and soft tissue repair
Provide pre-operative and post-operative education and care
Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists to support optimal recovery and functional outcomes
Document clinical encounters accurately and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Requirements

Board certified/eligible in orthopedic surgery at time of employment
Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
o An Orthopedic Fellowship is preferred but not required

Work Schedule

FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: M-F (weekend call 1:8)
