Job Description

Join Silverado Hospice Coastal Valleys covering San Diego County. This part-time LVN role offers a compassionate environment where you provide skilled nursing and palliative care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses. You'll work under RN supervision, managing pain, symptoms, and educating patients and families. The role requires travel to patient homes and collaboration with an interdisciplinary hospice team.

Compensation ranges from $34 to $38 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and pet insurance. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no explicit call, weekend, or night shift requirements.
