- in four key areas: Nutrition Planning: Collaborate with dietitians to create comprehensive nutrition plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
- Provide ongoing support and education on healthy eating habits.
- Fitness Integration: Incorporate fitness and exercise recommendations into patient treatment plans.
- Work closely with patients to set realistic fitness goals and monitor progress.
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner license Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in weight management, obesity treatment, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
