Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using Medical Nutrition Therapy to assess patients and develop goals and a plan of care.

• Formulate a Nutrition Diagnosis and identify Malnutrition through Nutrition Focused Physical Assessment and the nationally established criteria for identification of malnutrition.

• Accountable as nutrition liaison/expert to assigned units & participate as a member of interdisciplinary committees and projects.

• Mentor and train dietetic students, interns, and new personnel.

• We care for a variety of adult patients, including Transplant, Trauma, Cardiology, and Neurology- just to name a few.

• As a part of an inpatient team of skilled Dietitians and Diet Technicians, you will provide quality nutrition care to hospitalized patients.
