Key Responsibilities

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES Oversees all clinic operations and ensures that clinic supervisor(s) and clinic staff are aware of and following Sound policies and procedures.
  • Uses reports provided by quality and compliance, finance, and people operations to ensure the clinic is meeting KPIs and budget expectations, and clients are meeting treatment outcomes.
  • Provides overall support for the operation.
  • Develops and fosters a culture of collaboration, peer consultation, and commitment to professional improvement.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a counseling-related field (MSW, MS, MA).
  • Required WAC approved Clinical Supervisor.
  • 5 plus years of experience managing, supervising or leading within a clinic setting.
  • KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS Has an advanced level of understanding of the concepts of individual and Group therapy evidenced-based practices to provide services.
