Kern River Transitional Care Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide treatments to residents as directed by the Physical Therapist

Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation per regulatory and facility standards

Maintain a safe and effective treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols

Communicate regularly with supervising Physical Therapist regarding resident progress and care plans

Requirements

Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

Experience with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare preferred Licenses & Certifications:

Current PTA license in the state of California
