Key Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to: Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and establishes plan of care; also evaluates the efficacy of treatment, modifying if necessary.

Conducts all therapy practice within defined standards of care.

Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans in accordance with Hospital.

Requirements

and established guidelines.

Regularly updates documentation and maintains prescriptions and signature.

Doing so in a timely manner Coordinates, delegates, and supervises responsibilities assigned to support staff.

Coordinates with interdisciplinary team on patient needs, treatment modifications, and progress including preparing plan for discharge.
