Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN)

Work as a Field Registered Nurse in Concord, CA with 21HHS, the largest home health agency in the Bay Area. This full-time role involves delivering skilled nursing care including PICC line management, wound care, catheter insertion/removal, injections, and IV therapies. You will implement care plans directed by Case Manager RNs and provide patient and caregiver education.

## The position includes weekend on-call rotation. One year of recent nursing experience is preferred but may be waived for internal candidates or new graduates.
