Requirements

Applicants must be a Nurse Practitioner requiring a Master's degree, active NYS RN and NP licenses, and national NP certification, OR a Physician Assistant requiring completion of an ARC-PA approved program, active NYS PA licensure, and NCCPA national certification. Prior active primary care practice experience exceeding two years is favored, and DEA registration application is required before the start date.
