About the Role
Join Sycamores as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor - Mobile Crisis Outreach Program Beaumont in United States. JOB SUMMARY: Sycamores is partnering with the 988 mental health crisis hotline to provide support to people experiencing a mental health crisis. The 988 hotline will provide initial phone support to all callers and triage calls to the Sycamores Mobile Crisis Outreach Program for in-person support.
Key Responsibilities
- Requires physical presence in the office during shift when not in the field.
- Ability to practice physical intervention for safety of consumers according to training and policy.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Frequent driving in the community with consumers.
Requirements
- Certified in the State of California as Level II or Level III Alcohol and Drug counselor required.
- Certification with one of State of California's approved Alcohol & Drug agencies (CCAPP, CAADE, CADTP) required.
- Must maintain relevant Certification as a condition of employment.
- 2 + years of successful certification and experience preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $74,000 to $74,000 annually.
Work Schedule
- Wednesday–Saturday 6:00 pm – 4:00 am schedule.
