Key Responsibilities

• Instructs patient and family in treatment procedures.

• Re-evaluates patient and adapts treatment program accordingly to achieve maximum benefit.

• Confers with physician and other practitioners to obtain additional information, suggest revisions in treatment plan and to integrate therapy treatment with other aspects of patients‘ care.

Requirements

• Speech Pathology Experience 2

• 5 years Supervisor Experience No Experience Licenses & Certifications Valid Driver's License Speech

• Language Pathologist
