Department: 39122 Milwaukee North 4 - Home Care Physical Therapy Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday- Friday: 8:00-4:30pm Pay Range $26.55 - $39.

Key Responsibilities

Provides and progresses patient treatment based on therapist's evaluation and plan of care.

Manages own caseload, including scheduling and informing supervisor of coverage needs.

Teaches appropriate treatment procedures and supportive activities to patients and caregivers and develops plan for obtaining adaptive devices as needed.
