Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a preceptor and act as a mentor for new staff therapist, students, and rehabilitation aides; train in advanced and/or specialized treatment tools and techniques.
- Serve as a clinical liaison for a particular specialty.
- May coordinate equipment, supplies, and scheduling needs; develop procedure, treatment plans, and protocols; and participate in quality assurance activities for a particular specialty.
