Requirements

• Attends regular scheduled supervision and utilizes supervisory and peer feedback to improve work performance.

• Qualifications MA degree in mental health field related to Occupational, Recreational, Creative Arts and or Vocational Rehabilitation with certification, registration, or license.

• (LCAT) (CTRS) (CTRS) (CVC) (COTA)Minimum one (1) year full time paid experience in Rehabilitative Activities or the equivalent.

• Prior employment or voluntary history in a setting with responsibilities similar to or giving evidence of ability to perform the responsibilities in the job description.
