About the Role

Join Onco360 as a Pharmacist Supervisor – $147K, No Weekends in United States. Our Onco360 Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ has a need for Full Time Pharmacist Supervisor! Onsite Monday to Friday with coverage from 8:30am to 5pm MST, shifting one hour later to 9:30am to 6pm MST with Daylight Saving Time changes.

Key Responsibilities

• The Pharmacist Supervisor works closely with the Pharmacy Director to review staff performance metrics and conducts coaching / counseling as needed.

• The Pharmacist Supervisor promotes dispensing accuracy and operational efficiency across the team.

• Promotes on

• site engagement, teamwork, and employee morale.

Requirements

• Reports medication

• related errors to the Pharmacy Director in accordance with established procedures.

• Ensures appropriate documentation of adverse drug reactions (ADRs); ensures product complaints are properly documented and reported to pharmaceutical manufacturers as required.

• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy work environment in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
