About the Role

Join National Heritage Academies as a Occupational Therapist – School Year, Part-Time in United States. This position is scheduled for 20 hours per week. Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our team in a local traveling role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services as outlined in students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or Section 504 plans.
  • Conduct assessments of motor, visual
  • motor, and sensory
  • motor skills for students referred for special education evaluation to help determine eligibility for services.

Requirements

  • Maintain a detailed schedule and service logs, and track student progress toward therapy goals.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in handling confidential matters and materials.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay informed about current practices and research in occupational therapy.
  • Participate in school initiatives such as screening programs to support student development.

Benefits & Compensation

Work Schedule
