About the Role
Join Provider Partners Health Plan as a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner in United States. We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. This position provides flexible weekend coverage on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high
- quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and organizational standards.
- Perform patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document clinical findings and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements

- Proficiency in basic computer skills, virtual meeting platforms, Microsoft and LTC clinical EMRs.
