Key Responsibilities

  • Answers telephone promptly; preferably by the third ring.
  • Ensures calls are identified and properly categorized in order to forward to appropriate area within office timely and efficiently.
  • Reviews voicemail messages throughout the day and responds to patients by next business day, the latest.
  • Demonstrates proper telephone etiquette when receiving, transferring, and placing calls on hold.
