About the Role

Join ATC Travelers A as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Comprehensive Mental Health in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial clinical assessments and mental health evaluations to determine client needs and diagnoses.

Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Proven experience in clinical counseling and case management.

Strong knowledge of the DSM
