About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- INCLUDE: Demonstrate good theoretical knowledge of psychopathology and appropriate treatment techniques for each type of therapy.
- Perform psychosocial assessments on all patients to determine social service needs, diagnosis and plan of care.
- Evaluate patient data, develops and implement a plan of care for the patient.
- Communicate with physicians regarding social service needs of the patient.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio social work or counseling license (LSW, LPC, MFT).
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
