Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients requiring rehabilitation.
• Develop and administer treatment programs.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Passed NPTE.
• Licensed or in process of licensure in Virginia.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year experience.
