Join Senior Doc as a Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care / Geriatrics (Greater Phoenix Area) in United States. Come join us! Our Mobile Primary Care Team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a heart for senior care and a passion for redefining how older adults and their caregivers experience health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • quality care to seniors in their homes, assisted living, hospice and nursing facilities. Delivering dementia

  • functional partners – including palliative, psych, and neuro – to deliver coordinated, whole

Requirements

  • 2 years of clinical experience (geriatrics or primary care preferred) Compassionate, patient
