About the Role

Join Healthforce as a Travel Respiratory Therapist – $2,302-2,484/week in United States. Overview Respiratory Therapist (Registered Respiratory Therapist) – Kamuela, Hawaii, United States. This travel assignment is in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting with a tentative start of 05/11/2026 for 16 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver prescribed respiratory therapies (nebulized medications, airway clearance, oxygen therapy, and related modalities) and adjust treatments under physician orders.

Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators and related respiratory equipment; document patient response and modify therapy per protocol.

Assess patients’ respiratory status, participate in rounds, and communicate changes to the care team.

Perform routine equipment maintenance, ensure infection control standards, and document care accurately in the patient record.

Requirements

Hawaii Respiratory Therapy license (active)

NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential

Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications

Three (3) years of full
