Join Healthforce as a Travel Respiratory Therapist – $2,302-2,484/week in United States. Overview Respiratory Therapist (Registered Respiratory Therapist) – Kamuela, Hawaii, United States. This travel assignment is in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting with a tentative start of 05/11/2026 for 16 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed respiratory therapies (nebulized medications, airway clearance, oxygen therapy, and related modalities) and adjust treatments under physician orders.
- Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators and related respiratory equipment; document patient response and modify therapy per protocol.
- Assess patients’ respiratory status, participate in rounds, and communicate changes to the care team.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, ensure infection control standards, and document care accurately in the patient record.
Requirements
- Hawaii Respiratory Therapy license (active)
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Three (3) years of full
