Continually develop professional skills by assuming responsibility for ongoing continuing education.

Evaluates, plans, and treats patients in an effective Physical Therapy Program, including the use of modalities and assistive devices within the Standards of Physical Therapy Practice.

Identifies, develops, and participates in process improvement opportunities within the Agency's Home Health or Early Intervention programs that will enhance the quality of services we provide.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum or eligible for the National Registration Examination, with a requirement of one year of experience to practice without supervision or less if supervised. Required credentials include CPR/BLS certification, automotive insurance, a driver's license, and Physical Therapist licensure.
