Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited master’s degree program Certification/Licensure:
  • Current North Carolina licensure/certification required (APN, FNP, or PA)
  • Current DEA and BLS Certificate is required
  • Must be Medicaid and Medicare eligible Experience

  • Provides medical orders for prescription medications and refills, administration of medications, preventive care, ancillary testing, and/or referrals as needed to patients QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
