Key Responsibilities

• Documents treatment plan according to department policy and bills for services.

• Coordinates appropriate follow up post discharge from care.

• Patient Assessment: Performs functions related to patient evaluation/re-evaluation, goal setting, and discharge planning according to department policy and procedures.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support

• Instructor or BLS

• Basic Life Support or ARC

• Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support PT
