About the Role

Join STGi as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provides medical patient care to the scope and standards of practice established by a nationally recognized credentialing organization representing Nurse Practitioners.

Functions within the scope of practice of the state Nurse Practice Act (NPA), the Joint Commission standards, the VA Medical Center guidelines, and Officer of the Inspector General.

Works closely with the Patient Aliened Care Team (PACT) and extended support staff including daily huddles with the team.

Emphasizes wellness, prevention, and early detection.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a master's degree in nursing from an accredited program and maintain full, current certification as a Nurse Practitioner from the ANA, specifically in Adult Health or Family Practice. Required experience includes three years of clinical nursing experience and a minimum of one year as an APRN, along with current and unrestricted South Dakota licensure and BLS/CPR certification.
