- Assistant provides rehabilitative activities and exercises as outlined in a

- 1. Education: Associates degree from a school/college approved by the American
- 2. Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: Licensed as a Physical
- certification.
- 3. Equipment/Tools/Work Aids: Understands and has experience with the basic
